Louis Mennes is a banking and finance professional turned developer, bringing over 25 years’ experience across investment banking and business building. Throughout his career, Louis has led growth, guided teams, and delivered complex transactions across a range of markets. 

Louis brings a clear commercial perspective to residential development, grounded in disciplined thinking and considered execution. His approach balances rigour with a willingness to question convention, ensuring every decision is made with intention and purpose.

Nick Malloch is a property developer with extensive experience delivering complex, design-led projects across Australia and internationally. He has held senior roles across large-scale urban renewal, mixed-use and residential developments in both the public and private sectors. 

Nick has a strong instinct for site, product and positioning, shaping projects that respond to their context while maintaining a clear architectural and commercial vision. His work combines architectural clarity with delivery discipline, resulting in projects that are both considered and enduring.

Craig Marsh is an investor and developer with a background in infrastructure and real estate. Over more than two decades at Macquarie Group and Equis Funds Group, he was involved in the investment and development of large-scale projects across multiple markets and asset classes.

His approach to residential development is shaped by that experience, combining a genuine interest in design and architecture with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, capital structuring and disciplined execution.
